Consulting Fee
$300.00 upon agreement for portrait painting. (non-refundable)

Payment due at first visit
A. Gas cost and lodging for one round trip from our place to yours.

B. Half down payment for the cost of the painting.

C. A room to stay in while the preliminary work is done, i.e. photography, sketching, layout, etc. (Estimated time varies from 2-3 days depending on the weather) Note: We have no need for you to supply us with food.

Payment due after you approve the completed painting.
A. The last half of the cost of the painting.

B. The frame is included in price, done by White Feather Song Framing (profile options available)

C. The rights to reproduce cost, $900.00 plus 10% of the printed page plus one-half of the Artist Proofs

D. Gas cost and lodging for the round trip to deliver your painting and cards.

The year 2002 costs of printing:
250 ea. (500) ----------------------- $1,508.00 plus $36.00 for envelopes

500 ea. (1,000) -------------------- $ 1,570.00 plus $72.00 for envelopes

750 ea. (1,500) -------------------- $ 1,650.00 plus $108.00 for envelopes

1,000 ea. (2,000) ----------------- $ 1,720.00 plus $144.00 for envelopes

1,500 ea. (3,000) ------------------ $1,852.00 plus $216.00 for envelopes
