Terms for Landscape Commissions

Consulting Fee
$500.00 paid at the time agreement is made to do an oil painting (non-refundable).

Payment due at first visit
A. Half down payment for the cost of the painting.

B. A room to stay in while the preliminary work is done, i.e. photography, sketching, layout, etc. (Estimated time varies from 2-3 days depending on the weather)
Note: We have no need for you to supply us with food.

Payment due after you approve the completed painting.
A. The last half of the cost of the painting.

B. The rights to reproduce cost, $900.00 plus 10% of the printed page including half of the artist's proofs.

Printing Cost
Prices vary according to bids from professional printing companies.
